Global Environmental Management, (GEM), a subsidiary of Allegheny Asbestos Analysis, Inc., is a full service environmental and engineering consulting firm and asbestos laboratory that has been in business in Allegheny County for over twenty-two years.

GEM is a certified woman owned and disadvantaged business (WBE/DBE) that has established an impeccable reputation since incorporation in 1988. Our environmental projects have ranged in scope from the pre-demolition survey of Three Rivers Stadium and the redevelopment of steel mills to surveys of single family homes. Our engineering group has designed and managed the construction of entire chemical plants and refineries and provided troubleshooting on individual processes. No matter the project size, each is approached with the highest level of quality and service that is unmatched today. Although based in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania we regularly travel throughout North America to fulfill our customer's needs.
